Oral presentation

For Keynote speech and Plenary papers, each presenter is allowed 25 minutes presentation and 5 minutes for questions and answers (Q & A), while for Scientific paper at Concurrent Session, each presenter is given 12 minutes presentation and 3 minutes Q & A. Time allocation for papers in satellite symposia varies, please check the program.

The full paper of leading speaker can be 6 pages, of Concurrent Session must not exceed 3 pages.

The abstract should be less than 200 words including key word.

Presenters must prepare their presentations in Microsoft power point format set in Microsoft Windows and save their presentations in CD or USB removable drive then transfer them to the computer of their respective session provided by the organized prior to their presentations.

A short biography of the presenter, including name, affiliation and current research interests must be provided to the chairman of the Scientific Committee one day before your presentation for your introduction by the session chairperson.

To ensure uniformity of all the reports, the main text of paper should be structured as following:

Poster presentation

Each poster will be provided with a 100cm x 100cm exhibition board. The recommended size of your poster is around 80cm x 85cm. The top of the poster space should include the title of your paper, authors and affiliation. The lettering for the title should be at least 1.5 high. Font size of the rest of your poster should be clear and big enough for someone to be able to read it standing one to 1.5m away.
  Persons intending to participate in the Congress are invited to submit papers on any aspect of animal sciences.
   Participants who wish to present papers should submit the title with abstract to the Congress Secretariat before April 1st, 2008, then full paper before June 1st, 2008.
  Authors wishing to present their papers by oral presentations should advice the Scientific Sub Committee at the time of submission their paper otherwise their paper will be presented poster presentation.
   Authors are requested to compile of papers accurately and ready for printing according to the Guidelines (as only minimal editing will be done).
The papers should be sent to the Congress Secretariat by E-mail (Fax and Mail copies can not be accepted).
Late arriving paper as well as those not conforming to the Guidelines will not be included in the publication . No submission will be accepted without full payment of registration fees.
All papers to be presented at the Congress will be preprinted and distributed to the participants at the registration desk.
